    At Synalux, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable customer support. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding product defects and after-sales service.

    1. Legal Guarantee

    All Synalux products are covered by applicable consumer protection laws. These statutory rights are independent of, and in addition to, the limited warranty outlined below.

    2. Limited Manufacturer Warranty

    Synalux provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for products purchased through Synalux or authorized channels. This warranty covers:

    • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
    • Faults that affect the product’s intended functionality

    At our discretion, Synalux will:

    • Repair the defective product, or
    • Replace it with a new or equivalent unit.

    3. Warranty Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

    • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
    • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
    • External causes such as fire, water, lightning, or accidents
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage)

    Any product showing signs of the above conditions may be deemed out of warranty.

    4. DOA / Shipping Damage Claims

    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos

    We will arrange:

    • Free replacement, or
    • Full refund (if applicable) .

    5. Out-of-Warranty Support

    Even after the warranty period expires, Synalux may still provide support:

    • Free repair (depending on the issue), or
    • Replacement with a service fee

    This will be evaluated based on product condition and expected service life.
