Payment & Refund Policy
At Synalux, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and professional purchasing experience for our global B2B customers. This policy outlines our payment terms, order handling, and refund conditions.
1. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on our website or quotations are exclusive of VAT, GST, import duties, and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for:
- All applicable local taxes and duties
- Customs clearance and related charges in their destination country
For EU customers, VAT treatment may vary depending on your VAT registration status.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (T/T)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Wise (formerly TransferWise)
- Alipay & WeChat Pay (for customers in China and Asia-Pacific)
- Cryptocurrency (USDT)
For bulk orders or long-term partners, customized payment terms may be negotiated upon agreement.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received and verified, unless otherwise agreed
- A confirmation email or invoice will be issued upon successful payment
- Humapex reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud
4. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are shipped under:
- EXW (Ex Works) or
- FOB (Free On Board)
Customers are responsible for:
- Freight arrangements (under EXW)
- Import clearance, duties, and taxes
- Local delivery and logistics
Alternative shipping terms (e.g., CIF, DDP) may be arranged upon request.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment upon written request
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- For customized or bulk orders, cancellation may be subject to additional charges
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
6.1 Eligible Cases
Refund or replacement may be provided under the following conditions:
- Product is defective due to manufacturing issues
- Product is damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item delivered
Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of receipt and provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the issue
6.2 Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases of:
- Improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor deviations that do not affect product functionality
- Change of mind after shipment
7. Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Product is returned in original condition and packaging
- All accessories and components are included
- Return is authorized by Humapex in advance
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary by payment provider)
9. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Humapex, we will cover:
- Replacement shipping or
- Refund including original shipping fees
10. After-Sales Support (Out-of-Warranty)
Humapex provides continued support even after the warranty period:
- Repair services
- Replacement options (with applicable fees)
- Support will be evaluated based on product condition and usage.
11. Limitation of Liability
Humapex shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
